*update 2026 - 7/8. we are stoked to announce that we will be premiering the 2026 Fl Skimboarders crossover tour movie on the rooftop of Pesca on Vilano !!! Brought to you by rds, phase 5, s.p.o.t. going to be a great time for all families and skimboarders competing in this years Fl Pro/Am. This mini movie showcases the skateboard event on aug 12 and the wakesurf event on aug 13 plus... some extra fun clips during the tour. Showing begins Saturday Aug 15th 9pm

 * update 2026 - 6/4. as of today both Saint Augustine beach house (directly over looking the tournament) and Holiday Inn express are offering a 25% discount on your rooms, use code RDS. Must call the holiday inn to utilize this, but beach house will honor it online or via phone,

 * update 2026 - 6/3 according to our affiliates with st johns county, at this time their are at least 400 sea turtle nest spanning the 40+miles of our beaches, we will keep watching this and determine the actual set-up on vilano. way too early to determine at this point. this is just an fyi for everyone

 * update 2026 - For those that might not arrive in time for friday night's rider meeting- welcome dinner

once the event begins saturday you must checkin prior to your heat, some athletes still need the entry form filled out. so that is a priority for you prior to putting on a heat jersey. please do not approach any of the staff saturday morning while we are setting up to attempt to check-in. if anything you can help. we unlike other tournaments must setup and break down daily accoPrding to our county beach requirements for sea turtle preservation....and we are good with that fact and 100% support it.

once we are set up is the time to check-in...again this tournament is for all of you but these are our requirements.

parking on the beach - time will tell​

* update - Plan on spending the entire day on the beach if you aren't staying in one of the hotels on Vilano. If you drive off from your spot, chances are it won't be available when you come back. We advise that you do not park in businesses parking spaces, you quite possibly will get your vehicle towed.

* We are moving forward with this years Florida Pro/Am 

* REgistration will begin June 1st for the first 150 amateur entries, no entry limit for professionals

* please follow directions on the official entry form, we will no longer be accepting entry form via fax, only direct mail or email, Almost everyone has a smart phone and you can load a scanning app for free in order to scan your entry, save it as a PDF file, then send it prior to entry deadline.
